By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. qqulsa reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to be operated by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and any winnings will be voided and forfeited.
qqulsa's services are offered primarily to players residing in Indonesia. You are responsible for determining whether accessing online betting services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account. qqulsa does not accept registrations from players in jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

All information provided during and after registration must be accurate and kept up to date. You must promptly notify qqulsa of any changes to your registered details. qqulsa may suspend or close accounts where it reasonably believes that provided information is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
Before processing any withdrawal request, qqulsa requires all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC verification requires submission of the following documents:
KYC document review is typically completed within 24 to 72 hours of submission. qqulsa may request additional documentation where the initial submission is deemed insufficient for verification purposes. Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC verification is fully completed and approved.
qqulsa reserves the right to request updated KYC documentation at any point during the Player's active engagement with the Platform, including but not limited to circumstances involving large withdrawals, suspected account compromise, or changes to registered details.

qqulsa does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, individual banks and e-wallet providers may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their respective terms of service. Players are advised to consult their payment provider for applicable fee schedules.
qqulsa offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, as well as the general terms set out in this clause.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the total of the deposit plus bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. For example, a Rp 100.000 deposit with a Rp 100.000 bonus would require total wagers of at least Rp 2.000.000 before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
The following restrictions apply to all bonus offers unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds and associated free spins expire 30 days after being credited to the Player's account. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account balance without compensation.
All sports bets placed on qqulsa are subject to the specific market rules applicable to the relevant sport and competition. qqulsa offers betting on football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League), badminton, MotoGP, esports, and other sports. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are governed by the accumulator rules published on the Platform. In the event of any discrepancy, the Platform's official rules take precedence.
Live in-play markets are subject to suspension and closure without notice during active play. qqulsa accepts no liability for bets that were not confirmed prior to the suspension of a live market. A bet is only confirmed when the Player receives an explicit confirmation message on screen. Connectivity issues on the Player's side do not constitute grounds for a void bet claim.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery game) draws are conducted at scheduled times as displayed on the Platform. Results are drawn from certified random number generation systems. Disputes regarding draw results must be submitted to qqulsa support within 24 hours of the draw result being published. Late disputes will not be entertained.

qqulsa reserves the right to void any bet where a clear and obvious pricing error has occurred, where a bet has been placed after an event has concluded, or where the integrity of an event is in question. Corrections may result in funds being debited from a Player's account where winnings were incorrectly credited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on qqulsa and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:
qqulsa does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure issues, and circumstances beyond qqulsa's reasonable control may cause temporary service disruptions. qqulsa will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime wherever practicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qqulsa's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. qqulsa shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
Players access and use the Platform at their own risk. qqulsa is not responsible for any losses arising from a Player's decision to place a particular bet, access the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction, fail to read applicable game or promotion rules, or experience technical difficulties on the Player's own device or network connection.
qqulsa shall not be held in breach of these Terms or liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay arises from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, telecommunications failures, acts of war, or cyberattacks.
qqulsa reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving:
Where an account is closed due to Player misconduct, qqulsa may withhold any remaining balance pending an investigation. If misconduct is confirmed, the balance may be permanently forfeited.
Players may request closure of their account at any time by contacting qqulsa support at [email protected]. Prior to account closure, any active wagering requirements must be resolved and the Player's remaining real-money balance (net of any ineligible bonus funds) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which qqulsa is internationally licensed and registered. By using the Platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
Notwithstanding the above, qqulsa acknowledges that its primary user base is located in Indonesia and commits to conducting its operations in a manner that is consistent with internationally recognised standards of player fairness, data protection, and responsible gaming, as they apply to Indonesian players.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent qqulsa from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where it deems such action necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
qqulsa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material in nature, qqulsa will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via email or an on-platform notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Clause 12.2.
